Canonbury Roofing first conducted a detailed survey of my mid Victorian roof. I was faced with the big decision to either replace the entire roof or just fix the problem areas. Joe Bainborough was very patient with me, explaining the various options, technical aspects and cost differences. Once I decided to replace the roof, Joe provided me with alternatives for the materials that could be used and advised on period details as the house is in a conservation area.

He gave me a detailed itemised quote, a start date and an approximate time to complete the works.

As the work progressed he gave me regular updates on how things were going, as the guys worked methodically across the roof in sections, ensuring that at all times the house was protected from the elements. The site was always kept clean, the work was completed to plan and the final cost came in bang on budget.

My new Victorian roof looks amazing and is the envy of my neighbours.
